@xCapnxCharliex as far as from a "technical" stand point...there is no "arguably". VF has THE best fighting engine hands down. The fights look like a virtual simulator for a martial arts demonstration. Perfect technique and imulation of performing the moves...it confusing as how they make the games so realistic like that. But the best fighting games to me are

1.Street Fighter 3

2.Virtua Fighter 4

3.Soul Calibur(part 1)

If I remember correctly (been a while since I played the game), you do a "half-circle" forwards with your arrow keys (back, down+back, down, forward+down, forward) and then hit punch.

It's kind of hard to explain but really easy to do.

It's tricky to time this move on the keyboard. With the default mapping it's: A, S, D (consecutively) and G (punch) but there is the option to assign some keys to half-circle and quarter circle motions, if I can recall.
