This is the best video to explain to me what my friends (who play piano) have been doing all along. They could never explain to me how they made a song prettier by substituting. Thank You!

@howlegh1 While your lesson was enjoyable and informative, the connection between music theory and religion is non sequitur. Neither entails the other. It seems that your purpose of including the word "church" was to attract a particular type of viewer. You would be better served to leave that word out to appeal to a wider musical audience.
