Heard this guy on Pat Kenny this morning - utter crap. Banal lyrics plus major prima donna pretension eg Pat : What are your themes ? Doherty ( disdainfully ) : Themes ? The inference we were to deduce was that this saddo was too cool to include subject -matter in his songs. Christ , poseurs really annoy me.
At least bordering on the vitriolic there mickigoe. I had a listen and I don't agree! It's at tinyurl(dot)com/2f5rfbf if anyone else would like to listen (starting around 01:45).
