Full ROM DLs are great. Rack pulls are just a rare variation we use, 1-2 times a cycle. Similar deal with the floor press video I have up, just a variation to work on weaknesses. We also use (and I prefer) deadlifts from a deficiet, standing on 4 inch blocks.
How would you guys compare the regular full ROM deadlift with the rack pull in your opinions?
