@d0NuTzZ No, you convert it with ConvertFFS then you can make it inside scripts into the GTA golder with an extracter, then it gets into the GTA game, or you can use it inside SA:MP.

but MTA is GTA-Online, and ther you can build new objekts or cars or buildings in the GTA map!

Yes. And there is a MTA Map Editor to SA:MP CONVERTER. Look at SA:MP forums for this if you need one.
