as a creative writing major, i feel the need to correct your subtitle grammar - it should be "hear" and not "here", and "Link's" doesn't need the apostrophe...
@NeilEdger Cool, what kind of writing do you do? And I don't get why links needs to be a contraction there - 'Links in the description' makes sense, 'Links is in the description', not so much.
there's only one link. So "link is in the description"....now I'm just thinking about Zelda.
as for writing, I haven't quite figured that out yet, mostly because I keep getting screwed with my class schedule, so instead of writing, I'm doing mostly reading.
@NeilEdger Haha okay...I should've looked at the description before arguing that point.
What are you reading, then? Reading can be helpful for writers. Sucks about getting screwed with your class schedule though. Are you just not getting into the classes you want? Or do you have requirements? I've always appreciated my college's lack of required classes.
it's a little of both. Sophomores at my school get last pick on registration dates, so by the time my turn came, most/all actual writing classes were full. Right now I'm reading a lot of Victorian and Post-colonial stuff and I have a poetry writing class, but I think I enjoy fiction writing more.
@NeilEdger Writing classes at my college fill up fast too, but for some of them you just go to the first class and the prof gives you a writing assignment, then he/she picks the best ones and they get in the class. I've never been into poetry writing, but since you're a musician I'd think it'd be useful with songwriting. What kind of fiction do you like writing? Mine's always geared towards kids and usually silly or humorous. I like memoir/personal essay writing a lot too.
Still trying to figure that out too. I like coming up with sketch comedy, but I've also tried playwriting and short stories, which has ranged from comedic to angsty and weird.

oh crap, that was totally absent-minded. I'm actually a CW major too. I do that to people all the time in comment sections.
As for "Link's", i was using a contraction.
