Torrin, I just love you! So glad you weren't upset that I did one of the looks that was meant for you! This is so beautiful! I like it better and actually you answered a hair question I had had in regards to a Dany style! Remember the scene where she's eating the horse heart? Her hair is fairytale braids all interconnected and actually I'm the worst with this particular braid - your variation on this look is SO pretty and incredibly similar! You gotta do the horse heart look! LOL That sounds ...
@LaDollyVita33 ...weird! But it was gorgeous! And also another Dany style I loved was the strange box looking braid she had in the scene when she's almost poisoned by the wine seller! They pulled the series off demand so I dunno if you've got them recorded, so I can't go back and look again! I hope you can remember them better then me!! And thank you for helping me with my channel so much! I came back from vacation and was like. "how did this happen!?" LOL I was stoked so thank you!!! :) XO
Hahahahahaha, it takes me an hour or longer to staighten mine because it is REALLY thick, and naturally curly :) hahaha Takes ALOT Outta my regular day basis.
Oh, torrin. I love you. "Because that's what I'm good at: Lazy." Rotfl.
Thank you so much for covering all the Game of Thrones styles -- I fail at so many braids and updos until I come running to your channel and then I always get it first try! :)
@sequenceofletters Forever. It doesn't take as long as it could since I blow it dry as straight as I possibly can. Even after that, though, it takes a solid 30 minutes...and that's just too darned long for me to do on any kind of regular basis. LOL.
Oh you are the cutest thing! I can watch your videos without even doing the braid I enjoy them that much :3 and your videos are soooooo helpful! my school doesn't let us wear our hair down so watching your tutorials gives me so much inspiration for my hair, you are great thank you so so so so much!!
thank you! been watching your videos for a while and the first thing I thought when I saw her hair in the ep was I hope Torrin does this... I also attempted it first, but it was rubbish. So, thank you for posting.x
You are adorable when you do the braid dance. It makes me lol every time! (I think I do the same thing, btw.) Love that top! Thanks for another great demo. It is nice to see that even the experts have an occasional hard time getting hairstyles to work the way they should.
@TianaSunshine Indeed it is...although I always think you need at least 5 Dutches to truly get into cornrow territory...maybe that's just because my friends who sport rows have sisters who can braid so many tiny braids in all manner of patterns that one or two big ones just doesn't seem very impressive. There is no way I could truly do full fledged corn rows on myself..my braiding skills are SO not up to par.
Haha it seems my shoutout backfired on me. Thanks Torrin, you're an inspiration to me =) By the way, I know exactly how you feel about the hairstyle not working when you film it. Happens to me every single time ><
This is really beautiful!!! I just tried it. And I guess, your fairy tale braids moved because you pulled them too strongly in order to show how to make the dutch braid. Or I did it so the first time... But you are still great!
You seem a little frustrated in this vid. Not sure if it's just cause the hair wasn't wanting to cooperate or what but I wanted to say I still liked it. Thanks for doing all your lovely vids. I always enjoy hearing you talk. :)
@frodobaggins115 Yeah, I was. I've done it at least four times with perfect results...but of course, once the camera is on, it decides to be super slick and won't do what I tell it to. Thank goodness Siobhan has a good one! LOL.
yay! first comment! hahaha...torrin, have you ever watched bbc's robin hood? if you have, could you do some hair from there? if not, theres a channel called vampires22 on youtube that has almost all 3 seasons. thanks! (sir guy of gisborne is my favorite, by the way)

Looks great. The fact that the humidity is so high (dew points near 80deg) can't help with any hairstyle, even when the AC is on.

really like this one Torrin, I would like you see do something like this as well

So pretty! It would take a lot more than a lazy fairytale braid to make your hair look bad! =)
flared5001 7 months ago
you know, that would look really cool if you then bunned the braid. i am so going to do that. its so pretty!
