@h2otek No, I actually meant substenance... The big bang is widely misunderstood. A common misperception about the theory is that it describes the origin of the universe. That's not quite right. The big bang is an attempt to explain how the universe developed from a very tiny, dense state into what it is today. It doesn't attempt to explain what initiated the creation of the universe, or what came before the big bang or even what lies outside the universe.

Anyone accepting ANY origin theory must have a great measure of faith or imagination. The Big Bang had to have something put it in place then turn it loose. And that must inevitably point to a Creator (most prefer to dodge this rather than attempt to answer). If the Almighty God could have caused a Big Bang He certainly would be capable of a literal Creation. Big Bang's only purpose is ultimately to attempt to excuse away God. Accountability to the Almighty is a heavy concept!
