there is a surgery to stop sweating for good ! The surgery is quite simple , the doctor burns a nerve so the sweat doesn't reach your hands. The only con is that you can sweat more in your back or on your feet but ... you don't shake feet right xp

Thanks so much for these videos. My hands started constantly seating when I hit puberty and has had a huge affect on my life. im glad im not alone in this. My sister and I have it must be hereditary rt. My mom has it but my bro and dad dont. Very embarrassing in church or whenever you have to touch hands with someone.

now I try these, but be aware of that, you need to dilute them with carrier oil, the whole treatment seems a pretty reasonable solution, all the oils (inc. carrier oil) don`t cost more than £5. Well I will see the results, as I`m gonna try it out first tonight. those things what I`ve tried to use so far made my hands extremely dry, even I had a pain on my palms. I `m really hoping that it will help. Once my palms have been dry, I will have more self-confidence. It`s all about worrying, I think.

My hands have been sweating since I was 14. Now I`m 26 but still sweating, especially my palms but my foot as well. My armpits used to sweat as well, but no there is less problem with it as I`m using stick deodorant. My palmer hyperhidrosis is so ridiculous... I can't shake hands (usually I fist punch) and when I write on paper, the paper gets soaked. It gets worse when I think about it and when I see someone rubbing their hands together, gallons of sweat come out of my hands. I can barely play my piano too because it gets slippery after a while. It's sooo bad... :(
