  • Buakaw Por. Promuk best muay thai fighter in my opinion !

  • they maybe light, but these guys overall conditioning is unbelievable, it's all lean solid muscle, and if the average guy even got blocked tryin to kick them with thier shin's, you'd probably breAk you're leg,. . . . .so many disrespectfull and ignorant people on youtube man, why do u people even watchthese videos.

  • most of these so called skinny weaklings would eat most of you ignorant fanboy's roid munchin hero's up for breakfast in a straight muay thai fight.

  • Some really uneducated people posting comments on a sport they blatantly have no clue about.

  • บัวขาว ยอดเเสนไกล อนุวัตร พวกคุณสุดมากๆครับ !!

  • I've done Muay Thai for 5 years Mr. Gross, have fought 5 times and will be going at the end of this year. Your Documentary got me to look into heading to the Fairtex gym in Pattaya and thanks for uploading this.

  • Fuck being lean n all dat shit look at Alistair Overeem. When u conditoin for muay thau and train to go 'ban it outg' for 15 minutes u get lean. Plus trying to kicks switching legs 100 times eacheveryday, jus that good form, there's your sub way diet a dig?

  • so are there muay thai fighters in thai land that are higher weight classes? caz im big and i want to go to thai land in a few years to train

  • fascinating vid.

On a side note, I think there's far too much gambling in Thailand.

  • @falkon14 That's because Muay Thai was made to be a ring sport, Muay Boran is much more effective.

  • Unless any of you do Muay Boran you can't talk. Muay Thai is watered down Muay Boran.

  • @LightxKira5643 i want to learn muay boran but that rarely taught anymore

  • @kimimarokekegenkai Well it's rarely taught in public classes. It's still taught pretty frequently.

  • @LightxKira5643 do you know if those thai monks that still train in the ancient styles let anyone join them?

  • @kimimarokekegenkai That's like asking if black people are nice. It varies depending on the person and how much they know or how much they like you.

  • @LightxKira5643 whoa whoa whoa. we all know black people are not nice. haha naw they are cool and ok thanks. i really want to go and train with them monks

  • absolutely fantastic documentary .....want more please ...:)

  • Even if he naturally fought at a higher weight-class, Anuwat would NEVER be invited to K-1 knowing how well his style would work there.

  • These pure Thai fighters were trained to watch the feet of their opponents that is why they are open for punches.

  • 1:37 "the big gamblers are betting a lot of money on the fights" I thought gambling is illegal in Thailand?? I'm a regular visitor of thailand and was always told it's illegal.....

  • @pietah23

the thais love to gamble...cockfights , muaythai everthing you can bet on. a lot of the thais watching teh fight are not there for the sport they just wantto gamble. a thai lost 600€ when i had my first and only fight and knocked out an australian guy^^

  • @pietah23 haha don't be naive prostitution is illegal in thailand too but its known as the sex capital of asia

  • Comment removed

  • 1:30 that reminded me of red scorpions(muay thai) kikes in rumble fighter the kike combo is exactualy the same kike kike kike kike

  • brilliant show really interesting might go to thailand one day

  • what is the song called, I love it??

  • Buakaw has become a POP ICON for the west. These are the real killers...

  • good review

  • anu is one of the best out there... love bovy sor too.. theres a vid on YT of em two havin a bout when they wer both startin out

  • for those dumbfucks who knows nothing about muay thai, you have to be lean, not bulk. theres a huge fucking difference. if your bulk you loose speed. if you had to be big for muay thai, these guys would definitely be big

  • @JJtheSkat3r agree! and if you're lean, the bones on your elbows and shins are much felt if you use them because there's not much fats and muscles.

  • @JJtheSkat3r depends whcih context your talking about, in muay thai alone, there are very specific wieght limits, leightweight and under being the most popular, however in MMA in the U.K for example those who are bigger as you said "bulk", often have more power in their strikes, but as you said, with bulk you loose speed, and i do train at muay, thai, and its all about building speed, nad toughening up your body, trust me doing half an hour of trading kicks to eachothers ribs take sits tole. :)

  • @JJtheSkat3r In all fighting you have to be soft tone abs and not bulk. Though muay thai is a little smaller but you can't have useless muscle.

  • @JJtheSkat3r

Don't even waste you time arguing with the pukes on this site. Half of them are trolls and the other half are UFC fanboys who only watch the Ultimate Fighter and listen to everything that Dana White tells them and don't think for themselves.

Muay-Thai truly is a beautiful Martial ARt, I played basketball, football, wrestled, boxed, and do MMA, but I have found a calling in the Art of the 8 deadly limbs that goes beyond words. I love Muay-Thai

  • Dam he rocked him.

  • i wish i was a muay thai fighter...

  • @NebunLaCap never too late to start

  • I hate Canada's regulation on Thai Boxing...my instructor goes to Thailand to fight and when he comes back it's a whole new level of training and sparring.

    Much respect!

  • Thx for uploading.

  • @MuayThaiKid3000 krav maga more is effective for street defence bro.. trust me... and ive been training muay thai since 1992 and trained in thailand aswell. and krav maga is more dangerous.

  • I hate how all the deadliest, most traditional martial arts around the word are turning into businesses.

  • @xiaolintraditional90 and i hate to say it but how do you think they will make a living if they dont

  • @jonblood paying to learn the art is of course necessary to survive but turning them into entertainment is purely for money.

  • @xiaolintraditional90 yeah i guess you can say that. but at least they are betting legally. the same thing happens here in the U.S. but the rich fuckers here are smart and place bets behind closed doors because it is illegal. i like the way you think i think i also hate that it has just turned into business but in the old days my people as well as people from different races used these deadly arts to fight wars. but now try stop a man with a gun or bomb with a knife, spear, bare hand etc.

  • do they have food in thailand? what do they eat? they're skinny like kidz

  • @abandongandon their food is amazing , its cheap but its really nice

  • @abandongandon you dont need to be big to beat the shit out of someone. This isn't the UFC.

  • @abandongandon Thai people are naturally small people :)

  • @abandongandon if they were huge they wouldnt be able to be fast.

  • @abandongandon hahah dude i would love to c u take on one of these "skinny" fighters.... u wouldnt last a minute in their world

  • @shadenet2008 for real dude.these so called "skinny fighters" have bonier legs than i do.i can keep up with fighters from the middlewight class but there hand speed and kick speed is way faster than my power

  • @abandongandon skinny? who are you tough guy? mr. universe?

  • @abandongandon Kid I would so knocc you out, and I don't care if your 300 more pounds bigger than me your still going down,

  • @abandongandon Asians are always skinnier, our mustles aren't build like europeans etc.

  • id like to know who is currently the top of thailand?

  • ive trained with master chi for a two day seminar. i do muay thai to. love it. ive been training for two years. nice video.

  • i love thai land

  • Sorry... the title of this video is wrong. The best of the best Muay Thai kickboxers are from the NETHERLANDS/HOLLAND. Dekkers, Kaman, Aerts, and a myriad of other Dutch are a lot stronger than the Thai's and run organizations such as K-1.

  • @chamillionator8 And they are also retired... and Aerts isnt even in the same weightclass. Also, K-1 is a japanese organisation dude...

  • @chamillionator8 dude youre fucking retarded. k-1 is not muay thai you dumbass. dutch might be better @ higher weightclasses in kickboxing and muay thai but p4p thais are still the best. o yeah kaman and dekkers are retired long time ago and aerts is way past his prime. GTFotta here

  • @beecake1

That's right bud. Dekkers and Aerts are long retired, but no Thai could fuck with them. KAMAN: considered as the greatest kickboxer ever, DEKKERS: Fought under thai rules and can you name any thai that convincingly stop him? Bet you can't.

Other non-thai fighters like Giorgio Petrosyan who's Armenian Italian and Nathan Corbett who is Australian can fuck any Thai fighter up dude, so NO, p4p Thai's aren't the best. ;P

  • @chamillionator8 everyone you named is 155+, why dont you go down a couple weight classes and see whos the best and besides youre naming people who are mostly kickboxers, why dont you name some lumpinee and Rajadamnern stadium champs. and you dont even know the politics in k-1, k1max limits itself to only 1 thai at a time, they dont want thais to dominate their tournament. yodsanklai could have very well fight @ the top of k-1 max

  • @beecake1 lol aint that the truth.

  • @chamillionator8 lol even at thier prime i see Yodsenkail beating the shit outta any of the fighters you said. fukin imbecile i dont see NO ONE taking on Yodsenkalai or any of the top thai fighters. lol

  • @spitfirez89

"even in thier prime I see Yosenkail beating the shit outta any of the fighters you said"

Doesn't matter what you see dude. Your probably Thai or just hoppin on beecake1's jock. Fairtex beating Dekkers? GTFO bruh, tell me where Fairtex at while Souwer and Petrosyan are champions? Where are the Thai's at where dudes like Nathan Corbett, Tyrone Spong, Badr Hari, and Gohkan Saki are dominating huh?

  • @chamillionator8 SANCHAI, ANUVAT Yodsanklai could beat the fuck otta any of those fighters lol. i dont see any of your fithers even trying to fight these guys cause they too chicken shit and they know thye gonna get thier ass beat if they do. lol i want to see one fighter fight sanchai. he alone would beat any of the fighters you mentioned.

  • @chamillionator8 and again in K-1 their are certain limitations and rules that does not make it a complete form of muay thai. even then they only allow one thai to compete at a time. i wonder why?

  • @chamillionator8 hahah ur a dum ass if u think some white boys r better than thai's at their own sport... u check all the top thai fighters fight records n compare them to the fighters u mentioned... they AINT GOT SHIT ON THE THAI FIGHTERS

  • @chamillionator8 haha dekkers got crushed by most of the thais superlek, sangtiennoi, namkabuan, sakmongkol, orono, coban the list goes on

  • @nww135 shut the fuck up NATHAN....stop trying to show everyone you know something when you dont know shit...you dumb fuck head virgin muppet fag bitch...

  • @skullsmasher01 everything i said was a fact...

  • @nww135 NATHAN...your a little boy who spends the majority of his time squeezing zits and masturbating to gay porn...youve never had a real fight but think your a muaythai expert because you watch you tube when your wiener is sore...lol

  • @skullsmasher01 ive actually had 6 amateur fights and it doesnt take an expert to see who wins in a fight... unless ur watching jongsanan vs sakmongkol

  • @nww135 you are full of shit NATHAN...you had ONE padded up pretend kick boxing fight....not real muaythai....wanker

  • @skullsmasher01 ive actually had 6 and in december it will be 7

  • @nww135 6 padded up pretend fights...who fucken cares....fuck head

  • @skullsmasher01 padded up yes but pretend no

  • @nww135 padded up pussy show fights....it might be real for you because you aint a real fighter...your just a teenage virgin wanna be mummys boy who takes it up the ass everyday....twice on sundays

  • @skullsmasher01 and its not fake you are disrespecting a way of life and a very respectible fighting style

  • Comment removed

  • @5U5HIKILLZ you shut the fuck up cock sucking ass fucking homo bitch yank...

  • @skullsmasher01 is that all?, get a life and stop trolling bitch

  • @skullsmasher01 what experience do you have to talk shit about him and amuetuer fighters only were pads the first 3 fights

  • @ThatKidMTL23 american jerks and there government regulations...this is why Yanks are shit at muaythai and have to fight mma....pussy mother fuckers

  • keawsamrit is a very good gym to train at.

  • Please name song in 6:55

  • Plz name song 2:50

  • If Buakaw's a kicker then this guy is a puncher

  • Great Video !

  • Super Video !!!

  • It is better to be knocked out once (UFC) then to get knocked out many times (boxing).

  • @InspireVuDu

Pretty stupid saying. Yeah boxers may get hit in the head alot more but

that doesnt mean they're getting knocked out. Chavez never got knocked out.

Tyson a couple times, Ali never, Manny Pacqiuao only twice in his whole career.

A boxer can have 30 fights with 4 loses but those 4 loses could be 1 ko and 3 UD.

Or a fighter could have 30 fights with 15 loses. 6 could be KO's and 9 could be TKO and or UD. Same goes for MMA. So get shit straight.

  • @hxcmexi I wasnt ragging on boxing wtf?

  • Great video!

  • anuwat likes the netherlands yeah two thumbs up for anuwat haha

  • awesome documentary! keep up the great work =D

  • fairtex pattaya... wasnt he in contender asia?

  • nice but, rambaa and buakaw are still the best

  • Yod Saen Klai is now the Best to come out of Thailand. Buakaw is lacking in the punches section and rambaa is now in mma which just makes his fights look abit funny when it comes to submissions. Look up Yod Saen Klai, he comes from the fairtex camp

  • The KO of 3.50 beautiful

  • I am missing Thailand my HOME right now!!

  • Good stuff

  • I am in the U.S. and saw Muay Thai in Thailand and loved it.

  • met je schaamhaar op je achterhoofd:P

  • im thai and i still need to train muay thai

  • u should. it's a national treasure & pride. In U.S, it'a cool thing..... so pass it on......

  • thx :D

  • @ eldar gross could you tell me the exact song introducing yodsaenklai and the artist plz ? 6:50 (where it starts i think)

  • i wanna see that!!! that be my dream match buakaw vs yodsanklai!!!

  • Buakaw is more into K1 than Lumpinee fights, don't get me wrong, I'm a Buakaw fan, but in Thailand he is not that famous. He just left to K1...

  • thank you so much!

    5star!

  • i love it when i watch a see many pp cheer their lungs out ..you can really feel how intense the match is ...

sad tho on ufc you only see guy hitting the another guy when he on the floor or watch them cuddle each other on the floor

i respect both sport but muay thai is sumthing i really enjoy watching

  • watch old pride matches, especially those with wanderlei silva in it. Or anderson silva in ufc

  • i totally agree with you sexybrox. I'm sry for the lovers, but i hate UFC, they knock the shit out of each other, its not a human sport in my eyes.

  • muay thai and boxing is a lot more dangerous for the fighters than UFC. so how can UFC not be a 'human' sport when muay thai is?

  • bcause they still punch eachother when they are on the ground. i don't like that kind of fighting. muay thai is the best
