I note your point re:funding. And so, who funded this metaphorical blowjob? (Regrets - I cannot call it anything else.) Moving on: The two cases did not confuse me per se. However, lay viewers are shown footage shot in Uganda set against pre-trial proceedings concerned with the DRC. The real travesty is the Dafur investigation. Why do you not make a film about that? Are you truly independent? If so, you'll quickly come around to the views of ICC staff re:the Prosecutor's disastrous role in Dafur
The film is funded by a range of foundations that want to increase awareness of the ICC-the snippet you see here on YouTube is just that, a snippet we made for Pangea Day, out of over 150 hours of footage that will be used for the feature-length documentary which we are still editing. So we are interested in any constructive critique you or others may have about the Court, but you'll have to provide more concrete information than "disastrous"-what has been disastrous about the investigation?
Why are ICC resources being used to perform yet another metaphorical blowjob on Prosecutor Moreno Ocampo? If propaganda films must be produced by the Office of the Prosecutor, it would be helpful if the films focussed upon the facts at hand. This particular video confuses two cases (northern Uganda and the northeastern DRC); Moreno Ocampo's remarks concerning Dafur are disingenuous - he has deliberately slowed that investigation.
Hey, careful with those metaphors! What happened to civilized discourse? And speaking of facts at hand, you need to get them straight - this is not an ICC funded or sponsored film, and the two cases may have confused you, but they are presented as the Thomas Lubanga case on the one hand, and the northern Uganda situation on the other. How has the prosecutor deliberately slowed the Darfur investigation by the way? Accusations like that need to be supported by facts, speaking of facts...

ICC has NO credibility.
Of course these people should be tried. ALL the people who have instigated war crimes or it's just another extension of racism.
Africa is the richest country in the world. NOT the poorest.
