no it is a SWR/watt meter.

it may look olf and crappy, but its as accurate as a dosy.

i have gotten much better stuff since then.

iv ran stuff like ranger 2950, superstar 3900, galaxy 99. also a few boxes too.

took the channel knob from a uniden 66, and the volume and squelch from a cobra 29. :D they fit perfect and make the appearance look alot better.

haha, maybe some day. im only 17 right now. maybe in a few years. but thanks though. i tune up and fix radios right now. i charge $10 to $15 to peek and tweak, re align, and make the radio loud as hell. :D i made my cobra 29 LTD ST dead key 16 watts and swing to 28 watts. :D and my cobra 148 will swing to about 30 watts AM and about 35 SSB.
