this is garbage. Socom 4 has completely deviated from the Socom franchise in an attempt to assimilate and be more like main stream games such as Call of Duty. This game was a disgrace to the Socom Franchise and it is clear that Zipper Interactive had their head so far up their ass since there wasn't ONE SINGLE WATER MISSION. It didn't feel at all like I was playing Socom, but rather I was stuck in the middle of some crappy action movie with a John Wayne wanna be.

The first four SOCOMs were better all around. That includes the music. SOCOM 2 had the best soundtrack, and SOCOM 3 had some good tracks too.

the game lacks certain aspects of the original socom sires: STEALTH ( oppional on every mission), augmenting teams equipment, secondary or bonus objectives, MOST important : different mission operations, different approaches on missions, and LAST but NOT LEAST swimming.

Btw the Operations commander is probably not a SEAL. His SOF affiliation before he was NATO OPSCOM is classified.
