He's a really nice guy too! He stayed around after a recital of his at some guitar festival at Loyola Marymount and he signed programs and took pictures and answered questions. Super nice guy.
There are bunch of disrespectful people who are also very stupid at the same time that simply want to ruin successful things. These coughs are basically done intentionally to ruin the performance. Those people should definitely be kicked out.
I have tried to play this music but have given up on it years ago as being unplayable, but Dylla has proven me wrong. He is on my top 10 GREAT guitarists list. The Assad brothers being #1.
i just dont understand why theres always somebody coughing on this type of concerts, see fe some D. Russell concerts, if it was Metallica it doesnt matter but here
Why does he play with the guitar a little steeper then the usual? A especial new "guitar school"? I don't think it's bad or wrong. On the contrary, the sound is great!Simply curious...
It helps for taller players (a real handicap, being tall) I would guess he is a taller guy judging by the length of his fingers. It prevents the player from bending over too much which will kill your back if you are 6'+. It also helps with shifts in the left hand and is used by sorter players and women (vidovic)
Yeah. When I play, my guitar sometimes is almost like a cello, the way comes up over my shoulder and stuff. It helps, especially reaching down over the body. Freaking coughers need to die.

Может кто ссылку на сайт с нотами дать? Или название книги где они написаны? Был бы очень благодарен.

people who cough during concerts such as these are ignorant and rude. I have never coughed during a non-loud concert such as this and don't plan to.

@sainnova2008, when you find a quality that you strongly dislike in another person, do not be surprised to find that quality in yourself.

uhh doublealufwaffe, good point, but I would not cough in a concert such as this. Have never will never so what you say doesn't apply here.
