@Mont556n you do know that they eat mostly small animals like mice most of the day and they only kill the sick or weak animals of the herds, you will see them chase a heard and if there is no slow and weak ones they will move on to the next herd wolves are not fast enough nor will they use their energy to take down a healthy deer etc. and did you know that humans kill more animals than any wolf pack? you should read never cry wolf. people need to educate themselves about these animals

They have destroyed the moose population in yellowstone and elk numbers are less than 4,000 with only 6 out of every 100 elk calves making it to one year of age. I read never cry wolf. I've actually worked around them. yes they prey on weak slow and sick. weak and slow mean babies too but they have more of a chance than any live stalk we slaughter them all the time AND many of the live stalk is abused and I know this cause my mother in law was an inspector

It truly is sad that a person like Palin can have so much hatred towards the animals that make her state beautiful. This woman has no love for any other living thing on this planet except for herself, her family, and her friends. She even show just how much she cares about the Alaskan citizens by taking their tax dollar and using them for personal reasons to take her family in shopping sprees during the campaign. I thought senators and government officials had their own money?

I saw pictures of Sarah Palin with her rifle and her "kills"...beautiful bears, deer, wolves....you name it and this lady thinks she has the right to kill it. Just hope that she doesn't make it compulsory, (unless as the biggest bitch going, we can make her run through the wilds, then do a bit of aerial hunting ourselves....that would definately be one bitch worth seeing become extinct!!!!!!)

I do to. This woman has no love or knowledge of beauty of nature. I truly hope she is out of office in the near future. Her approval ratings in Alaska was 82% before the campaigning, but after when videos of her animal killings came out, her approval ratings went down to 65%.

Is there anyway we can contact Palin to tell her how we feel about this. I heard that she was going to their dens and pulling out the innocent pups and shooting them. If you want to put a stop to this go to Care2 and sign the petition. To the Indians the wolves are a sacred animal. And give something even $5.00 will go a long way to protect these Majestic Wolves. There are Animal rights activists that are fighting this please see if you can give at least $5.00.

its great and all to love wolves, but after they tear your cats appart in the middle of the night or kill your dog you will grab the gun like any normal person. wolves, bears, and stray dogs are all a shoot on sight problem when you live in the woods.

Thank you for uploading this!!! Even if I don't have much to say about this, I love wolves. They are beautiful and magnificent creatures that can't be hunted. I still can't beleive Palin would do this!!!!!!!!!! I'm gonna tell her something.

I agree. I believe they should find a way to take down the barrier and let the wolves run free. Cause if you think about it a refuge is kinda like a huge jail cell. Meanwhile, other areas lack wolves.

Yeah it says in the Bible we are not suppose to eat pigs, you know Ham, bacon, pork chops, etc. There are a lot of animals we are not suppose to eat yet we do. I will have to look it up but I thank it is only okay to eat the animals with two hooves (Toes)not three hooves. I'm surprise you do not know that.

I got a idea lets all go to Obama's website and tell him just how we feel about her killing all the animals in Alaska. Just type in Contact Obama in the search engine(Google) and if we all flood it with comments about Palin killing off all the wildlife just maybe he will stop her madness. Oh yeah it will open a page with a lot of places to go but go to contact Obama.

We are all God's ambassadors of this great Earth and all the animals he put on this Earth. We are suppose to take care of God's creatures not destroy them, I do not think God put them here to destroy them. If that was the case why would God put them here in the first place . Take pigs for instant we are not suppose to eat them. I never knew this until I was older but I wish someone would have told me because I would have never started eating them. the Japanese eat every thing even the whales.
