every blanka ultra is usually random because it is damn near impossible to combo into

well if you play a high play blanka you will see they do not do random ultra's.

Can be used when opponent is stunned, use it for chipping death purposes and wake up cross-up on opponents knock down.

If you want to see high level blanka type in Mullah

When they made Sagat, after some initial testing they said "This Sagat seems pretty solid, I think people will like him, but let's give him 15% more vitality and make his moves 20% more damaging, and throw in some ridiculous normals too just for shits"

How to fix Sagat in the next version of SFIV:

-Leave his normals and specials exactly as they are now

-Keep his damage and stamina just the way they are now.

-Keep all the ways he can juggle into his ultra intact...

And then make him a charge character. God, I'd pay to see that :P His Tiger Knee should have the same motion as Guile's Ultra BTW.

Honestly that guy wasn't half bad, though its not unheard of for Phil to call anyone and everyone a scrub. He tech'd a bunch of throws and really if the quality of player stays this high you should stick on PSN because the xbox series (Ryu, Gief) have been fucking terrible lately in terms of competition.

He doesnt randomly jump, he didnt spam uppercut, the reason your move didnt come out is because you had negative frames after blocking, stop whining... you just post 100's of movies spamming all tags to make sure no one can find any other vid but yours and all you do is complain and fake laugh when really you're crying inside. I literally find you the most annoying person in the world and it frustrates me that Im unable to find what I want through all the crap you post.

I watched this video because I typed in El Fuerte into youtube and this is the newest vid that came up. I was frustrated to watch the whole thing to realise there wasn't any Fuerte player. This means he entered the tag in incorrectly, its just really frsutrating when I want to get better and cant find any videos to watch with my character in it.
