The reason why peter sauber didnt go for heidfeld was because Mercedes were going to sign him up to partner rosberg. But then mercedes signed schumacher & asked nick to be a test driver who will get the mercedes race seat next. Nick chose to stick mercedes....good choice. Peter sauber has always valued & respected nick & still does. It was nick's choice. BTW...nick is one of the most nicest guys in F1 hes also extremely talented.

Idiot, Robert has won a race and outclassed Nick in 2008! 2009 was a shit season when Robert had technical failures all the time. Anyway he has made the only good race for BMW in 2009- GP Brazil. Heidfeld is a very average driver, Kubica is the champion with Alonso and Hamilton. That's not just a case that nobody want's Heidfeld- everyone knows he was protected by BMW

Kubica didn't have any points at all for the first races, often due to his crashes, and scored mainly when the car had finally improved.
