Iran does not have the capability for nuclear weapons. As a matter of fact Europe and Russia negotiated an agreement with Iran to deliver them uranium for their nuclear powerplant. The uranium is not enriched enough to build nukes. Iran would need a uranium enrichment facility and they do not have such a facility right now.
