i have photoshop elements 3 and my pencil tool dosen't work like that :( any help?

Elements doesn't have a bezier tool like that, only the more expensive versions have it like photoshop 7.0, CS3, etc...
Sorry about that, all I have is elements 3 too.

I'm having trouble with my pen tool.
How do you put an anchr point in the middle?
Mine goes on the ends and pulls it differntly.

Nice video you cover the basics and more importantly you educate your viewers on the hot keys. Wow way to go, I've yet to see anyone do that. 5 stars for you.
