Be careful with the hair products that you use. I see a lot of name brands and those generally are the worst. I've found the best oils to come from whole foods. Suave has a humectant line out that is comparable to suave for about 2 dollars. Make sure what you use doesn't have parabens or mineral oil/ petrolatum. Just a few tips I've learned on my HHJ! @CaitlinHunt2006 thanks so much for thee tips! i will definitely check out my local whole foods and get more "real" oils. i actually used to use the suave you are talking about, but switched to other things. not sure why. LOL. i may switch back!
