If I'm not missing something, then you're asking me this for the first time here. Easy enough though: yes, they would still be actually pretty harmless and playful by a normal (non-fundamentalist or similarly restrictive to that) standard.
If my 12 year old daughter would say this at home, I would first be surprised for sure, without a doubt. But then I'd be able to chuckle at it and commence to ask her if she even knew what she was saying, and explain it to her if necessary.
And I'm not just saying that. You have to face things like this with a sense of humor instead of being over-protective. Kids will grow up with or without your approval, whether you like it or not. It's better to accept this and try to take them seriously even while they're still young, and to teach them to take responsibility for themselves and just be there for them whenever you feel they do need guidance.
Saying some naughty words however does not fall into this category.

Not gonna lie: I probably watched this for the third time now since it came out, and it's still funny. And I'm actually a fan of Kesha. Sergio knows how to walk the line between being sarcastic and just being an ignorant jerk in order to land cheap jokes and punchlines. Not many people can do this.
