Cheers mate. My understanding of it is that a blend & a mash up are pretty much the same thing. I think a blend is more of two complete tracks played together where a mash up is a vocal & an instrumental played together.... dunno though - I could be way off the mark as a blend is also another name for a generic beatmatch mix.
