No offense, but if you're going to post videos on YouTube teaching how to draw certain objects, people, etc, then at least spend a little more time making it look better. The lines are shaky and the proportions are off. Overall, it was lazily drawn.A little shading wouldn't hurt either. (As you could show off texture).
@CronicXImpulse As the producer who shot this video, no, no teleprompters were used. The on camera was just very new to being on camera at the time, and was constantly going back and forth from looking at me and the camera.
@regerar if you want to get more subscribers, aim more towards realism and not cartoon crap. most people want a realistic sketch and not something..like....this! When you name it you should atleast put "cartoon gas mask" or something. I DID learn a bit about drawing gas masks, but I need another video to get the gas mask that I want. So maybe you should take my advice, I would like a response, if I didn't anger you.
@buttfuzz4life You are right, but this was a paid job by a client that didn't pay very well. They got a fast, sloppily constructed drawing because it was not worth the money to spend anything more than a few minutes (under 5) on the drawing, and that includes the intro and outro. Also, as per the client's demands, the video had to be under 5 minutes in length. You have to give the client what they want. If a day comes when I get paid substantially more, a better job will be done.
@regerar Nothing against you man but even though you put out over 70 videos in 3 days,you should know personally that it's more about quality not quantity..also when making a how to video don't do steps before the video take the time to instruct every little part..without the full instructions the video is almost useless..im not trying to be a dick but just take your time and care about the art you do man.
@xXJyoungXx It's not me, it was a client shoot. They go on a quantity over quality, and the pay is NOT good enough to spend the time to make a higher quality video. As the video producer, this is not my art, it is literally an assembly-line style of creating content as per the client's request and getting paid for it. And, to top it all off, the client demanded that all videos be under 5 minutes in length, including the into and outro, which reduces the amount of time you can spend instructing.
That's pretty BOSS... for a 7 yr old.
