  • U.S. didn't even make into the finals for this event?

  • fucking drugged bitches

    it's a disgrace for swimming

  • @barneythecoolest just accept the fact that chinese are superior to u white people.

    china bitch fucked u.

    muahahahahahaha

    fuck yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • @stealthpakfa way to go small penis man

  • @barneythecoolest Gorilla has bigger penis than you, so are horses. Maybe you should be in the league of those animals to compare penises.

  • 51.99 Britta Steffen on the anchor. holy shit

  • btw, why do Chinese always cheat?

  • @irisbabe519 how are they cheating?

  • the chinese breaststroker has a beautiful technique.

  • US commentator are so ungrateful indeed - they should have learn to respect other countries - China has working so hard so congratulate on them

  • in 04 n 08 olympics chinese team won silver back to back in 4x200 relay

  • aquaman12187,

before you call out others, look at those athletes in your own country. besides jessica hardy, there are marion jones, floyd landis (cycling), and numerous professional football and baseball players. i hope you aren't having some sort of "selective ignorance" here.

  • the australian girls relay team was retarted. they were too over confident

  • could you explain what 'retarted' means please?

  • it means people like u ask to many fucking questions

  • What you meant to say on this comment was 'people like you ask too many fucking questions'. Not' people like you ask to many fucking questions' This only goes to show that you are quite possibly retarded. Or could that be 'retarted'? Either way you have the spelling ability of a Gonk!

  • The commentators are so pissed off with the advance by Chinese woman.

  • if you want to hear biased commentators, you shouldve seen when they did the gymnastics...

i was expecting the commentators to start swearing o.O

  • Listen to the commentator, he sounded if China should not win the competition. Two new world records in a row. Go China.

  • chinese is the best!!!

  • 1:50 DAMN thats muscel!

  • Simply impressive. Honestly, who would've thought that Chinese swimmers would make these kinds of strides? It's really a testament to the support the athletes have been receiving from the private sector and government. China is serious about winning in sports right now and it's showing in these performances.

  • oops i did it again~~~~~~~~~

  • Chinese breaststroke CHEN Huijia swim an incredible 1:04.12 but in the individual race she was out in the semi with 1:07.27.

That's a big difference , very strange , how is it possible?

  • It s a very common thing for the Chinese to not expose their full potential in the individual events, since they know that they can't get a medal individually and so that the swimmers could all save up their strength and energy to concentrate on the Team event...that s the usual strategy of Team China!!!

  • the team makes her excited!

  • relays really bring out the best in swimmers IMO. also individually she had a low 1 07. with the relay start that should shave off a little over a second, putting her at about 1 05. and being that she didn't make it to the finals for the 100 breaststroke may have made her want to work harder for this and it would've given her more rest and less mental stress/fatigue leading up to this relay.

  • All I know is China is ready for 2010 London.

Four of three is 19 yo, and one is 14 yo. The youngest one swam at last.

  • Comment removed

  • 3Jaked

    1Speedo

  • WIN!

  • 中国加油! 姑娘们好样的。

  • Well done, China!

  • Amazing performance by the Chinese! They will be stronger in London!

  • "And it just so happens China uses "other methods" of winning. "

So does the US, as we'd covered by the Jessica Hardy incident.

  • Again

    40 swimmers vs 1 swimmer

  • Again

Banned for life vs. banned for 2 years

  • Are there drug tests in ROME?

Have the Chinese swimmers been tested positive?

Would a swimmer be more or less likely to dope knowing that she'll be banned for life? Or...for two years?

  • Once you've been banned for doping, it tends to be over for the swimmer. Regardless of the amount of years banned. Know any swimmer that has come back to win a medal after doping?

  • I think you ought to report your suspicions to the Italian officials, aquaman.

Tell them to test the Chinese swimmer a couple more times.

Tell them to ban all Chinese swimmers BEFORE they even jump in the pool.

After all, 40 swimmers since the 90s!

  • I probably should, but posting up the word steroids on youtube is a lot funnier.

  • theres hasnt been many incidents cuz us steroids are too advanced to be detected so a lot of swimmers get away with it. same with east germans when they dominated swimming and olympics for awhile. now germans can barely medal once exposed. us swimmers r exposing too cuz they got 9 golds so far compared to 21 in 2007. its a bad sign but good for the sport in general.

  • one more thing to add. it took so many years to for marion jones to get caught doping. at least shes honest and came forward with her cheating. michael phelps was smart to downsize his events so he wouldnt get suspicion from anti-doping body. i wouldnt be surprise if he used something by balco that cant be detected as of now. theres a big difference between getting caught be4 competition and getting nailed after competition cuz it wouldnt be fair to other competitors.

  • Okay, Aquaman12187, you're right. China has had dopers in the past, therefore, when it wins, good, fair-minded folks like you posting "one word: steroids" is perfectly understandable.. In fact, why don't we implement a law that says ANY medals a Chinese swimmer wins be taken from them right away? Only logical, don't you agree?

  • most definitely =)

  • Alrighty then.

  • oh no, please make a phelps comment while your at it. I'm so scared.

  • It's strange that you accuse me wanting to expand the argument into the realm of the irrelevant (Phelps) when YOU were the one bringing up "underage gymnasts."

  • just purely expanding on temible's comment

  • Oh, I see, so, Chinese swimmers are more likely to be cheating b'c their gymnasts were suspected of being under age.

Because all unrelated areas become related when we're trying to make ethnic-based arguments.

So, the US invaded Iraq for oil.

Thus...what can we say about the American swimmers?

  • ETHNIC?

I was just trying to keep this in the sports section. Calm down. No one said anything about oil and politics.

  • I'm fairly calm, aquaman, thanks for your concern.

I say ethnic because you'd "expanded on temible's comment" that "china is one of the biggest cheaters out there." What is your connection between the "underage" gymnasts and the Chinese swimmers if not ethnically?

  • SPORTS bro, it's all about sports.

  • "No one said anything about oil and politics. "

No one said anything about steroids either....until YOUR comment.

  • Yeah... but you're the only one willing to entertain me for the past 10 minutes. Thanks!

  • You're welcome, bro. I'm entertaining myself as well.

  • Oh, by the way. How come the American swimmers here didn't even make it to the finals?

Were all the countries up here using steroids?

  • The american women's swim team is been having a hard time recently, but the men's are doing well.

    Anything else drug detective?

  • 1st: drug detective? Moi? Who mentioned drugs first in this conversation?

2nd: Oh NOOO, the American team having a hard time? That CAN'T be. They ALWAYS do well, just like China ALWAYS cheats. Why, based on their record for 40 years, we ought to give them the gold anyway--regardless of current performance.

    Only logical, no?

  • No one ever said the US always does well, it just happens to be that way. And it just so happens China uses "other methods" of winning.

  • "No one ever said the US always does well, it just happens to be that way."

HUH? Didn't YOU just say it?

  • I said the men's team not the entire us.

  • one word

    steroids

  • @aquaman12187

    one word

    jealousy

    four words:

    your insecurity is showing

  • Oh please, it's just a joke referring to the past history of the chinese women's team doping up on steroids. Know your sports history.

  • Okay, aquaman12187, mind if I make a joke about the American women's doping sports history? Ever heard of Jessica Hardy? Had to pull out of Beijing for testing positive. Very recent scandal, whereas the Chinese scandals are 15 years old.

  • Over 40 Chinese swimmers since 1990 have failed drug tests. That's triple the amount of any other swimming country during the same period of time.

    Google it son, it's true.

  • My Jessica Hardy bit is true too. Use the Google engine that you wield so handily, Son.

  • Never said it wasn't true. Just showing you that China has more SWIMMERS failing drug tests. One US swimmer, 40 Chinese

  • america= most sportspeople failing doping tests at international events.

  • Maybe because China is not that developed as US in the drug use!!!!!!!

  • Look at the 1994 world championship

  • go google american athletes on doping. u will find hundreds that got caught after olympis. marion jones. phelps is on drugs too, we saw it on the news.

  • of course mate, china one of the biggest cheaters out there

  • Hilarious how bashers and insecure asses have to seek out these videos just to unleash their venom. Hope you feel better about your lives after letting those little brilliant missives fly.

  • True, under age gymnasts as well. I'm not racist btw. I happen to be a proud Chinese-American. So revise what you think before you reply gutsfish

  • "Revise what I think"? Are you a mind reader as well as a Google wielder?

Hmm...seems that Marion Jones used dope. Maybe I ought to go to every single USA track and field video and post "one word: steroids" as a "joke."

  • Go ahead I couldn't give a shit. I'm a NCAA swimmer, i could care less about Track and Field.

  • Oh, and China is now implementing a law that bans all swimmers who test positive FOR LIFE. How long was Jessica Hardy banned? Two years.

  • It's "couldn't care less," not "could care less." The latter implies you still care a little bit.

Holy shit your English suck for an American.

  • oh no the grammar police, don't arrest me.

Also it's your English "sucks" for an American. Go back the fob hole you came from you dirty piece of shit.

  • Wow, you're a joke.

  • Yeah, but you're a douche.

  • So you agree that you're a joke?

Stop being so butthurt and leave the internet for a while.

  • Yes I do. And no I can't leave the internet, you're too much fun.

Please entertain me some more :) cock sucker

  • Yeah, okay.

  • Yay cocksucker! i knew you had the spirit. How's the weather up there in cocksucker land?

  • us swimmers used more roids. but its too advanced to be detectable since america is most advanced nation in the world. so us dominates in this field.

  • no boobs rulz

  • Where's USA?

    GO CHINA!

  • Go China
