What is the attraction to Jason in the first place? I loved Melisa's comments on "after the rose", when he blind-sided her about being in love with Molly! Her reaction was authentic and well deserved when she called Jason a Bastard!

Melissa reportality knew it was coming. Furthermore, the whole show is him breaking up with a girl. He may have felt obligated to Melissa, the audience and the show to be upfront about the whole thing. He regrets the decision he made. It's one of those things that many people think they know better but it's always easy to judge a person retrospectively. None of us have been in his position... it's a unique situation.

Jason managed to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. he meant it when he chose Melisa because she was fun and cuter tha Molly. in real life, he then found out she was boring, immature, and a dull bitch so he had a change of mind. Molly decided she'd give him a second chance after Jason managed to talk her into it with some bs excuses & despite she was the second best. i found Jason a very weak person emotionally and not firm on the ground. Melisa -no substance and Molly more mature but less attractive.
