Stefan, I'm gonna act as the skeptic here. The painting you did is black and white with no middle tones. The image of Angelina is a photograph with lots of tones. What you painted is exactly what that photograph would be when put through the 'threshold' filter in Adobe Photoshop. If you had the skill to be able to do this with no construction lines, and no image adjusting assistance (via photoshop) etc then you shouldn't be doing this type of basic art. IMHO it's 'beneath' you.

@hueysweeney I'm gonna act as the person who has eyes here. Watch from 0:20 to 0:30 and you can clearly see that he is drawing construction lines with a pencil, it's just too faint for the camera to pick up. So please, before you "act as the skeptic" next time, take a moment to look a little closer. Just because something is improbable doesn't mean it's impossible. Yes, Stefan is one in a million, but he's not a lier, and in my view he deserves praise for the work he produces, not skepticism.

@MattieG95 Stefan has great talent and I said that in my post. However, this is 'painting by numbers' - he's plotting it out and filling it in. Picking photo's of 'A list' celebs and converting them to black / white threshold images is a cheap form of art in my opinion. If he has as much talent as you and the other people viewing this video think he does he'd be better off developing his own original art style rather than doing something that resembles a canvas print you buy for $20.

there is always something about an artist eyes when he works...its like he goes to different place where only him and his piece have a 1o1 confrontation...evidently he does the STARE also when he did this..there is always an intimacy between an artist and his work..so the next time you plan on criticizing an artist's work..better get ready for some aggression
