This is proof she has been over worked. It took a strain on her voice so now she has to have backup when it becomes to hard for her. If she takes 2 years to rest and retrain her voice then return to singing she will be fine.

ok,now i've watched the whole video, and i stand by what i just said! at some parts she's lip synchin' notice that in the end(2:30) when she's suposed to say at a high note "Yesterday" she didnt say DAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY because it's a very high note and it would sound really bad! you can also notice around (2:03) it turns to her real voice and you can see that she looks really tense!! and she starts to think what's the lyrics... her voice was good when she sang live, but she cant handle the highs
