The green stuff near 1:23 is algae, of course. Algae blooms are often triggered whenever fertilizer or any other sort of organic pollution gets dumped in the water.

Although algae IS a plant that produces oxygen, it often dies off in huge numbers following an algae bloom. The bacteria that consume this dead algae actually give off MORE Carbon dioxide than the algae originally ate up! Fish and other aquatic animals usually suffocate because of this.

Where is your evidence of that? Visit about 300 miles east of Poland, or look at pictures of Survivors of the very small to today's standards of nuclear weapons of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
