Both wheels are spinning fast as Hell- it's just that the framerate of the camcorder is in sync with the rate the tires are spinning. Every time a new frame is recorded, the wheel is in a similar position as the last frame (slightly off), making it look like it's moving slow.

it's a 5.7l Hemi V8 conversion.I would think it uses the Chrysler 545RFE automatic gearbox and is completely redone electrically.search 'hemi wrangler conversion' or something on Google

It does use a 545rfe which is identical on the out side to the 42le (at least the tail housing is. But if this one is a 2003 to 2006 TJ the electrical system needs no redoing since the HEMI PCM will communicate with the stock gauge cluster with no problem. If it is a 1997 to 2002 TJ it will need a 2003-2006 tj gauge cluster and connectors since they are different. It is actually something someone can do in their garage in about a week (some welding for engine mounts required).
