  • Sometimes the inspirational role models need some inspiration. Don't be so hard on your self. Sometimes you might fall of the band wagon but just try to pick up the pieces hun and move on. Don't linger on those bad moments too much.

  • I hope you can figure something out and get back on track again.

    Don't be too stressed out and make a planning / to-do list. I think it is important to make an overview of where you are right now and where you want to be. Perhaps you can make some kind of schedule of each day including what you are going to eat, maybe that can help you avoid eating unhealthy.

    And don't forget, summer holiday is almost there! :D

  • i know exactly how you feel. when ur stressed about exams and projects you don't want to waste time for food therefore eat junk. it great that ur gonna eat healthy again it will prob make you feel better and you will prob have more energy!

  • Awhhhh. its okay that this isn't a priority right now. you've had a hectic month with presentations, exams and revision etc. I like your updates and stuff.
