Those are terrible network connections. I know it's not on a network so it doesn't matter.but you must have been taught how to make them by a telephone guy. Sorry, I just had to bitch about it a little. Everything else looks great. Did you make the circuit boards yourself? How about some thermal paste on the sensors? Are you using a Mac? I would think a green guy would be using open source Linux.
Good idea. If you can add digital LCDs to show temperature, it is better than guessing what it is. Otherwise, people don't bother.
