@mattyfusaro ahhh...bro..just my opinion coming next....your a carb cycle i c...if you want mass you gotta give up the carb cycling....you should be in a calorie surplus everyday...on your days you dont workout you can eat less carbs...but you should be eating starchy carbs everyday....still keep the greens and veggies but add the starchy carbs..also if you want mass i dont think you should every be eating less than 2000 cals ever ever..dont be obssesed with staying freakishly lean.
@olinblockedme Haha, I dont carb cycle, for the last week or so I have been off with tracking on MFP...typically i eat around 300 per day i just changed my macros back tonight from what they were for the last month or so if you take a look
