It's a mustache-it's part of the BRUCE IRONSTAUNCH meme (in one scene he does a westerners version of a "fuck you" to Rossiu (though the context is argued) and later you see Rossiu get beaned with a rock. The meme states that it was Ironstaunch that rocked Rossiu's world. And I just ruined the meme for explaining it. Go me.
