I would have to say that the Nokia X6 has the better video camera. It shoots at a higher resoulution (VGA resolution vs 480x360 on the Blackberry 9700), and the colors look just as vivid. My bet is that the Nokia has more options for its video modes too, as well as its still camera mode.
Nice quality! My E75 also shoots at 30fps in VGA resolutions. I have several videos up showing this, including a comparison test between the E75 and Blackberry Bold 9700!
