  • Esmeralda dances to a music with Arabic flavor at the beginning.

  • Det Känner I Filmen I Musiken.XD.3.

  • 00:00.Denna Här Låten.XD.3.

  • i felt bad for Quasimodo.. :(

  • I was looking for!!! Thank you very much!!!!!!

  • she dances like a fish

    great story though

  • I cried :'(

  • Wonderful movie and cast. I would had hate it to live in this period... too many injustices.

  • Mandy Pantinkin did an amazing job i cried ! alot!

  • 0:57:35 - lol, would be a good idea to pull back their crossbows before aiming

  • I expected Esmeralda to be browner

  • hmmm, i dont know for sure, but is it true there is missing something at 1:14:19? it seems like a scene is cut off.......

How the hell Gringoire has become free and how did Quasimodo get in contact with them?

Is there cut a scene off from there or not?

  • the animated movie was better

  • This movie has a deeper meaning than the original. Religion and the Law plays a big role in this version. Great movie. (^_^)

  • I was waiting at the end when each bell goes off and you view the hunchbacks face, for that moment when you see his face as if he in death found peace with his diformity. I guess it was hopeful thinking to want to see the hunchbacks face revealed without a diformity.

  • I think this is the best movie version of the Hunchback. I know it is not like the book, but the end is so sad and Mandy Pantinkin plays Quasimodo that great that I really love this film. Richard Harris is also a good Frollo and Salma Hayek the best Esmeralda.

  • HOLY SHIT. This Esmeralda looks just like how I'd imagine Disney Esmeralda to look like in real life. Well cast!

  • @CrazyBellatrixify Same here :D

  • i wonder how frollo would react to see ipads and imacs. he had a point though, now because of our technology people dont really value the things they should any more.

  • @copnite12342 I have to agree with you on that one wholeheartly. We take for granted a great many things until it is too late.

  • @copnite12342 * NO,.."Some People" don't value the important things. The SAME,..."Some People" that didn't value them in the 1400's,1100's,600's and now. There are always the shallow and the stupid. To say "People Don't" is a really dumb thing to say.You can't KNOW such a fact, can you? NO.So it's NOT "People" it is "Some People" that You have met,do,.. or act,.. a certain way.The Technology has ALSO helped many others to value more, what they have.

  • @billy1212ist lay off the red bull/

  • wow. who knew the man who played dumbledore also played the evil frollo

  • frollo had a point about the humiliation part.

but the temptation of women part is’nt right. frollo forgets he was born from a mother.

  • frollo disliked this movie three times

  • quisiera verla en español

  • This is perhaps the best version, scriptwise.

And the amazing view of Quasimodo's face from below on his deathbed shows he looks normal from a certain perspective. Very clever of the face designer.

I have not read VH's original & wonder how much of the richness in thoughts expressed in the movie is the work of the scriptwriter.

  • i can honestly say for the people who dont like this movie have no heart im a poet and for me this movie is very deep and touching but not only that it has a spectacular meaning and im sorry to say that if ur not a deep poet such as myself you will miss the meaning that has a hidden message in it for the ones that can see it .

  • This is the version of the Hunchback of Notre Dame that my dad gave to me. I love the book so much. I have seen the Disney version and a black and white version, so my dad gave me this one. He already watched it and told me I would LOVE it. I haven't seen it yet, I just got it today on DVD. I'll be watching it tomorrow :)

  • A lot of hatefull nonsense. Who are we to judge other times than our own? It looks as if we can judge the church of the 15th century by modern standards. How do we know our judgement is true? Aren't we all children of our own age. How will we be judged?????

  • whoa this movie looks like a major cheap piece of donkey sh...

Well atleast Selma Hayek's hot even if she cant dance for shit.

  • Strong movie. Very touching. Thanks for uploading it.

  • Thanks so much for posting this!!

  • GREAT version of the movie! Thank you soooo much for uploading it!

    "Knowledge is Power!!"
