@slushyfish70 is it still running? if so, I've had a lot of direct messages of people that would probably want to buy it. Apparently this watch is one of the more collectible swatches from that era. Thanks for taking the time to comment!
@slushyfish70 very cool. a lot of collectors want what you have. don't even know why I let mine go ... brand new, never worn. not like it was taking up a lot of room. i was in one of those eBay moods I guess. Good luck to you.
@thankyoueBay thanks for posting the video ... much better than a Timex! Swatches ... they take a licking, but keep on ticking! haha ... i can hear the tick-tock in your video. thanks again!
I received this Swatch for my birthday in 1985. I could never remember the name of it, until by happenstance I saw it online at a Swatch store. They had it for $225 but it was out of stock. I'll be looking all over the place to purchase one since I lost the one I had. I can't wait to find it!
@moonlitphantasm good luck on your search. i just did a quick google search for the GK101 and it does look like they're sold out in a few different stores. I saw the $225 pricing which reflected a used watch -- the one I sold online was brand new, never worn with original packaging and I believe it sold for about $200 (including shipping). So keep that in mind when you find one -- you have some bargaining power on your side. Thanks again for taking the time to comment
@thankyoueBay Thank you for the response. I have come across one online that is being bantered as mint condition, never worn, original plastic case and paperwork. If all of that proves to be true then the price will be well worth it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
I personally have looked at Swatches on the internet. Some places still sell old and new swatches. I like the Shibuya Swatch and the Che Swatch. The 2008 Olympic Swatches which commemorated the games in Beijing, China are also fantastic to look at.
@203207ab i haven't visited a swatch store in quite awhile, but the next time i'm in san francisco, I think it might be time for some watch browsing. take care
i abdore swatches, i have about 10 of them, but even do i have 10, they are pretty expencive. Pitty no of my friends knows what is swatch. Dumbasses, swatches are one of best watches in world (next to rolex) :D good one
they take a lickin' and keep on tickin' -- these were brand new, never used. i'm sure once the battery was replaced, the new owner was good to go. thanks for asking -

I have one in great cosmetic condition, because I never wore it. I'll have to get a battery and test it to see if it works.

over a year ago, this one sold on eBay for $150 + shipping ... it was brand new, never worn with the orginal case + manual.
if you google vintage swatch watches, there are a few very cool sites that offer prices outside of eBay.
