Hugh Jackman was a skinny enough. Not majorly skinny but still skinny. He eats 6000 calories a day. So if you're very skinny you are going to have to eat a lot of calories but still eat low fat.
i have an extremely fast metabolism so its hard for me to gain weight i also get full really easily but some times i can eat aloooot but it doesn't do anything to my weight i still stay 67kg. i am 6 foot 2 and 20 years old.

@superraeman Hi mate im skinny. i try to train arms with smaller weights at start then gaining weight untill the blood pumps up your arm so its looks bigger do that 2 times aweek i got the tips from bazblog

@WebShareMusic Lots of meat such as chicken pork etc and lots of fish, also drink alot of milk and eat eggs, but make sure you are exercising at the same.
Ty I'm going to change my diet, maybe do a little bit of sit ups ( for abbs), and try out for football to put on more weight and muscle and to speed up my metabolism to consume more healthy calories, can you tell me if this sounds like a good plan? Thnx, o ya are fish oil vitamins good for gaining healthy weight?
@bonedeath11 fish oil is very good and so are vitamins but take them after or before a meal. eat fish and or chicken everyday and drink milk twice a day. you should also be seeking professional coaching right now if your serious about joining football such as training with them right now. you need to learn proper technique for any exercising involving football. you should also workout twice a day, early in the morning and in the evening except the weekends for recovery. these is only the basics.
yeah i dont even bother lifting weights because i know its pointless and i wont gain size that way i try to focus more on my eating and getting in enough calories because i have a job that involves alot of cardio and long hours so it burns a ton of calories plus i got a real fast metabolism so weightlifting is pointless and a waste of time.
