Several makes of gun lock keys will work on that pivot screw. I use the gun lock key for my Remington 870 shotgun. Otherwise a pair of clip pliers work.

Common "snap ring" pliers work... well enough. Rounded plier points will fit in only two of the five adjustment holes ( & also three hole versions), of course. Thus  you must take care not to scratch the pivot point using snap ring pliers. I used them to successfully adjust a Ganzo with the identical pivot point adjustment to yours. Tool is common and sells online for @ $8.00 -- almost as much as some of these Chinese knives. Worth it though.
