I lived in Sweetwater for 20 years and now in Midland for the past 8 years. I could not believe how low the lake had gotten but am glad its back to what it used to be.
you should've wrote LAKE FILLS UP OVER NIGHT!!! and show a before picture.. Thanx 4 posting.. now I can send my parents your link, so they can see the lake.. Hopefully it doesn't dry up again soon.. It's getting really hot already..
yeah to bad its going dry agian lets all pray for rain cuz i love sweetwater lake im from sweetwater and still visit all the time the lake is my love

It was so bad before the rains came and refilled it! It was way low.......hopefully it never does that again!
