Did Gabby and Xena Meet Santa?

I saw what looked like a nice old man in a red suit and he had white wiskers, I couldn't tell if he was just a wizard or if he was Santa. He shows up at 1:10 and is in other parts of the vid.

Not technically. They met a toy maker, and to disguise him, Gabrielle dressed him up in a red and white outfit, with a beard. They both had to get into the building down the chimney with the toys, and he swore to do it every Solstice Eve.
