But Callum Coats, an avid & well-respected researcher of Viktor Schauberger's body of work, did make the video. He's written at least one book on the subject, Living Energies, and edited and translated quite a few others into the English language. IOW, he's more than qualified to speak intelligently on the subject matter.

You'd realize that the word "desire" in this case is simply a mildly poetic statement to highlight the fact that water is not as dead & mechanical as most think and has an "intelligence" of sorts. Schauberger constantly clashed with conventional scientific wisdom of the time, but the experiments that resulted from his theories always proved him to be correct.
