  • Hi Tony. Impressed with the clips. Hope you and the fellow karateka are keeping well. Andy White SKU 6th Dan

  • I've trained with Tony and he really is a good teacher and karateka. I echo your comments johnm543

  • If this was at full speed Shihan Tony would have done that in in about 1 - 2 seconds

  • yeah. In real speed it would be deflect and punch at the same time rite?

im not comparing myself to anything here just wondering btw. notice

  • yea in real speed if the opponent punching, punched with force and the guy with the white hair blocked it the opponent would have been off balance

  • that block and punch should of been in the same time. not seprate

  • "that block and punch should of been in the same time. not seprate". You have NO idea what you are talking about. Shihan Tony is TEACHING the technique exactly as it should be taught for novice to intermediate students. You must break down a technique into easy to see and understand parts in order for students such as these to fully grasp it and be able to successfully repeat it. Also, consider that Shihan Tony was instructing and winning kumite chapmionships in England before you were sperm.

  • Absolutely fabulous. This is genuine Shito-ryu, taught with clarity and fidelity to the ancient maters. Bravo, Shihan Tony!

  • Brilliant demonstration! I really want to learn Shito-ryu but don't know if there is one near me. I am really hopeing there will be either this Wado-ryu, or maybe Goju-ryu but Shito is at the top of my list. I don't particularly like Shotokan NO OFFENSE anybody but I just don't.
