Wow! That's the perfect order to play those, too, despite the actual order in the suite. I never realized that the double actual embellishes upon the themes heard in the gigue. Brava!

This is not just amazing on musical and technical levels, keeping that up for six minutes is actually insane. The levels of physical strength, dexterity, mental agility and hand to hand coordination involved are incredible. And she has such a beautiful smile, so modest!

@lukemack69 - She is playing a classical guitar, a nylon stringed acoustic instrument used for all classical music. The softer nylon strings are easier to play with fingernails on the right hand and no pick. This is better for playing individual notes. It's also the case that steel strings and electronics were all invented long after the classical era. Steel strings sound brighter than was ever intended for this music.

Her method must be interesting, but it doesnt surprise me to see a blind person doing this as pretty much the root of all classical guitar playing is developing muscle memory. I know I've failed if I can't play a piece with my eyes closed.

Actually tablature was around before standard notation and it is a valid, albeit lesser, form of notation, for it offers you no way to count the rhythm and requires that you have heard the music. Which is why ,in my experience, most guitar players who cannot read music have horrible timing, especially when playing the song at a different tempo than the recording they practiced along with. Standard Notation is for musicians and Tablature is for guitar players.

as i was a passioned guitar player and addicted to bach's chamber music, was a guitar teacher and planned to study guitar i can only listen to loana with a opened mouth and spend maximum applause at the end though noone will hear for sure. such an maximum ambissioned AND maximum emotional player being that precise there is no other comment left than absolute respect and thankfulness for such a gift to every listener. everybody MUST listen to this 100x a day ;) love her!!!

Seldom can we find a blind guitarist and a lady. Of course she plays by ear. she can't see. Blind people have ears twice as sensitive as those with normal sight and their memory is excellent!!!

No, it is by no means evident that she plays "by ear", if that is supposed to mean that she has no knowledge of the written music. For the music scores exist for blind people, it's like braille.

In the case of Ms. Gandrabur, it is most likely she has access to such scores.
