Governor, because he has the dynamism that's needed to break up the inertia in Sacramento that continues to paralyze our state. With Gavin and Jerry, we'll have a young visionary and an old one. Why dont you suspened the citys 12b requirement while we are in such a hole. You keep going back to city employees to give back yet you will not even discuss this. We spend up to 10x the price on items due to the fact that the vendors have to comply with this charter admendment.
