  • Hang on... at the point you make snapshot "PreTest" desktop shows 3 objects: "NT" folder, "rj86bkvp" file, & Recycle Bin. Machine suddenly restarts, now desktop has changed to show only Recycle Bin (which moved position), & new folder "Rollback Rx Professional"! So Backdoor created it? After blue screen you restart & rollback to snapshot "PreTest". Your desktop should now show "NT" folder, "rj86bkvp" file, & Recycle Bin but it again shows Recycle Bin & that Rollback folder. Can you explain this?
