What makes Toronto bad is the WIND. Toronto is a very windy city, esp. in winter. So, as a result, even a mere 5 or 8 cms. of snow cause alot of problems.

That and the exploding population, of course.

Nice to see this, I used to live in the building on the other side of the street and worked across the road at Manu. Now I live in the middle of a cornfield and it's a blizzard here tonight!
