I don't know what stuff you mean now. Like the fireball stuff at the start and end? and the slime in the hole? Yeah sorry that was particular. Just with a lot of other effects over the top. Vector blur for one.

Mr Mercury was put over the top of the fireball stuff as well as the underwater bit.

Tried CC cylinder. Didn't work well enough for some reason, forget why.

Trapcode form for the Blood cells. Create a sphere base. Use Smokelet particles as these accept shadows. Bump up the number of particles till the sphere looks solid. Use two Spherical fields to create the dents.

Just arrange a lot of solids in the shape of a nail! I used an image of a nail duplicated and rotated around the y axis so they all intersect.

I used Mr Mercury with a large birth and death size. If you set it just right the whole image distorts in a way that makes it look like liquid.
