Bagi's don't get good attack skills till lvl 82...... And they aren't good at pvp till 94 so they have all their decent fighting skills, + the buffs arent good till 80's either... ~lvl 106 bagi

Bagi has 115 weapon, can't get a good look at the hunters weapon to tell. But the bagi is hitting higher than her. Bagi has lowest damage in game, Segita has highest, take that into consideration.
