yea i would rather take my chances getting a fine then getting popped for being in the wrong hood. people dont realize how bad the gangs are untill they actually encounter them in L.A.
there are areas cops refuse to patrol or take calls just because of how crazy some of the gangs are. when your a writer everyone is against you out here.
if your not trying to get caught up, by the spray can magnets that keep the ball from moving when u walk and just dont stop running when the rollers ride by.
