lets not forget that roth formed the band with alex and eddie and they were originaly called the mammoths and then genesis. then "Dave" changed the name to Van Halen because he thought that the name had more power and it was gonna be the daddy long legs that eddie wanted. so if it werent for Dave there would be no Van Halen.
